Terms & conditions
These terms explain how orders placed with FRM8 work. Please read them before paying, particularly the sections about custom-made products, design approval and cancellation.
1. About us
These terms apply to sales by Liam Giddins trading as FRM8. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean FRM8. “You” means the customer placing the order.
2. Our products
We sell custom and personalised pool jerseys. Product images are intended to show the design as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly between screens, proofs and finished fabric.
Measurements and sizing guidance are approximate. You are responsible for choosing the size shown in your basket or approved order details unless we have made a clear sizing error.
3. Placing and accepting an order
- Review the product, size, colour, quantity, spelling, artwork and delivery details before paying.
- Your checkout submission is an offer to buy the products in your basket.
- We accept the order when we send an order confirmation after successful payment.
- If we cannot accept the order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
- We may refuse unlawful, abusive, infringing or technically unsuitable content.
4. Design approval and production
Where we provide a design proof, you must check it carefully. Approval confirms that the layout, spelling, colours, logos and personalisation are correct enough for production.
Once production has started, changes may be impossible or may involve additional cost. We will tell you before charging any additional amount.
5. Logos, names and customer artwork
You keep ownership of artwork you provide. You give us permission to use, resize, reproduce and send it to relevant production partners solely to prepare, manufacture and support your order.
You must have permission to use any names, trademarks, logos, photographs or other material you upload. We may pause or reject an order if ownership or permission is unclear.
6. Prices and payment
Prices and delivery costs are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the payment methods shown at checkout.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order. If payment has already been taken, we will offer the correct price or issue a refund.
7. Production and delivery
Current production and delivery information is set out on our Delivery Information page and must be read with these terms.
We will deliver within the timeframe agreed before the order. If no different timeframe has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within 30 days unless an event outside our reasonable control prevents this.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if it needs changing.
8. Cancellation, returns and faults
Personalised and custom-made goods are treated differently from standard products. Your rights and our process are explained on the Returns & Refunds page.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Products bought as a consumer are supplied for private use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption unless agreed separately in writing.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, industrial action, extreme weather, supplier failure or network outages. We will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
11. Complaints, law and disputes
Contact shop@frm8.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond quickly and resolve complaints fairly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
