Accessibility statement
FRM8 wants the website to be clear, usable and accessible across different devices, browsers and ways of interacting.
1. Our commitment
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical design target.
2. Measures we take
- clear headings, labels and page structure;
- keyboard-accessible links, buttons and form controls where technically possible;
- visible focus states and meaningful field validation;
- responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile;
- text alternatives for important images where available;
- colour contrast and readable sizing considered in the FRM8 design system;
- plain-language support and a contact route for assistance.
3. Known limitations
Some complex features, including the jersey customiser, uploaded artwork previews and embedded Stripe checkout, may have limitations depending on the device, browser or assistive technology.
Product artwork can contain decorative or customer-supplied graphics that do not always have meaningful text alternatives.
4. Getting help
If a feature prevents you from getting information or placing an order, email shop@frm8.co.uk. Tell us:
- the page or feature you were using;
- what went wrong;
- your browser, device or assistive technology where relevant;
- the information or action you need.
We aim to respond quickly and will look for an accessible alternative, such as providing information by email or helping with an order.
5. Technical compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of widely used browsers with JavaScript enabled. Older browsers or heavily restricted settings may not support all design, basket and checkout functions.
6. Review
We will review this statement as the website changes and as accessibility issues are identified or resolved.
