  • order information, jersey options, sizes, quantities, personalisation and customer notes;
  • logos, images and other artwork you upload for use on a jersey;

  • cookie choices and information stored locally on your device, including your shopping basket.
We do not receive or store your full card number. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Orders and delivery
To create, personalise, manufacture, deliver and support your order. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Customer service
To answer enquiries, resolve problems and keep a record of our conversations. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating and supporting the business, or contract where the enquiry concerns an order.
Payments and fraud prevention
To process payments, verify transactions, prevent abuse and protect the website. Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Accounting and legal records
To keep records required for tax, accounting, consumer protection and legal claims. Our lawful basis is legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Website operation
To run the basket, checkout, security and hosting services. Our lawful basis is contract and legitimate interests.
Marketing
We will only send optional marketing where you have asked to receive it or where another lawful basis applies. You can opt out at any time.

We only share information where it is necessary to operate the website, fulfil orders, comply with the law or protect our rights. This can include:

  • Stripe, for payment processing, checkout and fraud prevention;
  • Supabase, for secure order records and uploaded artwork storage;
  • Framer and Vercel, for website hosting and backend services;
  • Resend and our email provider, for website messages and transactional emails;
  • manufacturers, print partners and suppliers that need order specifications to produce the goods;
  • couriers and delivery partners that need contact and delivery details;
  • professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement or tax authorities where required.

Service providers may only use the information for the services they provide to us and must protect it appropriately.

5. International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we expect appropriate protections to be used, such as UK adequacy regulations, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. How long we keep information

Order and payment records
Normally up to 6 years after the order, where needed for tax, accounting, warranty, dispute and legal purposes.
Artwork and personalisation files
For as long as needed to produce and support the order, and normally no longer than 24 months afterwards unless you ask us to keep them for repeat orders or a dispute requires longer retention.
General enquiries
Normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
Technical and security records
For the period reasonably needed to secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.

7. Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to:

  • ask for a copy of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete information;
  • restrict or object to certain uses;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
